| Death, Value and Meaning Series
|
Baywood Publishing is pleased to announce as of January 1, 2012, Darcy L. Harris has assumed the role of Series Editor of the highly acclaimed Death, Value and Meaning Series.
Having worked closely for many years with John D. Morgan, the founder of the Series, Dr. Harris is the ideal successor to
take the reins from Dale A. Lund, past Series Editor. We welcome Dr. Harris as she brings her expertise stemming from 30+ years in the field of Thanatology. Teacher, author, lecturer and clinician, Dr. Harris envisions taking the Series to even greater heights. Since its launch in 1992 the Death, Value and Meaning Series has bragging rights to nearly 70 titles and is ever growing. Dr. Harris welcomes your manuscript proposals and is extremely interested in exploring issues related to cutting edge topics in Thanatology, such as social justice and diversity issues, the intersection of grief and trauma, the experience of grief in the presence of non-death and intangible losses, and clinical practice issues in areas related to death and bereavement.
For more details read the Press Release. For details on manuscript submissions go to: Death, Value and Meaning Series web page.
